Refund and Returns Policy

PressureCenter.com (“PressureCenter,” “we,” “us”) sells pressure measurement instruments and related products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made on PressureCenter.com.

This policy is displayed prominently on our website and during checkout to ensure transparency in compliance with applicable U.S. laws. This policy complies with federal and state laws; additional rights may apply based on your location.

1. Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective (manufacturing defect), damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped (wrong item/variant), subject to verification; or
  • The product is unused and in original condition, if “change-of-mind” returns are allowed for that product.

Return window: You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Change-of-mind returns are allowed only for non-customized items to balance customer satisfaction with product integrity. For defective, damaged, or wrong items, returns are accepted as required by law.

2. Items That Are Not Returnable

Unless required by law or specifically approved in writing, we may not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or included parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or improper storage

3. How to Request a Return (RMA Process)

To start a return request, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product name/SKU (if available)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims)

If approved, we will issue return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number. Do not send items back without approval and instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or verified shipping damage/defect, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns (if allowed), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

5. Inspection and Approval

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet this policy, we may:

  • Deny the refund/exchange, and/or
  • Return the item to you at your cost.

6. Refund Method and Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection/approval. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.

7. Exchanges / Replacements

If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement upon receipt of the returned item, subject to stock availability.

8. Warranties for Defective Products

In addition to returns for defects, products are covered by implied warranties under U.S. law. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion, subject to verification.
